If you’ve purchased a Membership, it becomes active immediately so please make your way the gym during our staffed hours so we can set you up with the necessities to get you using the gym. We do offer a 10-day grace period for activation date if you’re not able to get in right away. Please just email us through out contact page and let us know your circumstances.

If you’ve purchased a pass, it will become active the day you come into the gym to pick up your key-tag and door code, however, if you don’t do anything it will expire 6 months from the date of purchase and you will not be refunded.
