The MUST Team has been shaped through thousands of hours training clients, running classes, reading books, attending functions and lectures, as well as through extensive real-world and gym-based physical activity. Comprised of individuals dedicated to the quality of their work, our team prioritizes the results and experiences of our clients and members. MUST Coaches possess a wealth of expertise, fostering excellence within our team and the broader community.

All of our Coaches are available for 1 on 1 and semi-private personal training. 

Hi, I'm Taryn, a dedicated personal trainer with a Bachelors in Exercise Science from the University of Montana. My fitness path started with a curiosity about weightlifting, leading to a professional focus on teaching and motivating others. Specializing in welcoming newcomers and those rekindling their fitness journey, I emphasize the importance of understanding movement and muscle engagement. Expect enlightening sessions filled with anatomy insights to enhance your exercise efficacy. My goal is to make the gym a positive space, empowering you with confidence and knowledge to enjoy a fulfilling workout experience.

Hi! My name is Cody. With 3 years of active fitness experience and 2 years as a professional trainer, I'm certified by Action CPT and NASM, holding an Advanced Nutrition certification as well. My fitness journey began with a focus on building size and strength but evolved into a fascination with enhancing overall health, natural movement, and correcting postural alignments. I believe in the science of exercise, dedicating my studies to understanding its nuances. My name is Elston, bringing over 18 years of coaching and personal training experience, backed by a BA in Exercise Science and a minor in nutrition. My certifications, including ACSM, NSCA, and NASM, complement my expertise in sports training, weight management, and special populations care, from dementia to chronic fatigue.
